
Eitan has been heavily involved in the music, production and entertainment industry since the 1960s. As a leading producer in the Israeli music industry, Eitan represented many famous Israeli artists, such as Shlomo Artzi and Matti Caspi among others. Eitan created and produced multiple musical shows, national contests and song festivals, mostly in the field of Hebrew song. As the founder and manager of Meitar: association for fostering Hebrew songs among the Jewish people, Eitan has initiated, planned and managed road shows, festivals, conventions, competitions and public events, mostly in Israel and some in the Jewish communities in the diasporas.

Yair has worked since a teenager and until today in the music, production and entertainment industry. After serving in the army as a fighter and a tutor, Yair acted as the manager of Gafni Productions for several years, actively managing shows, conventions, festivals and other public events, all related to Israeli music.

Zvika began his career as A & R and producer in "Isradisc" an Israeli independent record company which produced records of many Israeli artists, among them: Shlomo Arzi, Netanela, Yoni Rechter, Dudu Fisher, Avi Toledano, Gevatron. He has produced nearly 300 records, 13 children festivals and many musicals such as Cabaret, Salach Shabati for Habima the national theatre, Blood Brothers Noga theatre, Guys and Dreams.


Esti is a singer, actress, announcer, alumni of the Army Musical band and vocal coach. She studied and worked with the best musicians and teachers in Israel. Among some of the many productions she took part of feature 10 Israeli and international films. She runs workshops and gives vocal lessons in the best Schools of Performing Arts in the country and well as for teachers, orators, politicians and public figures.

Deborah was born in Peru and raised in Costa Rica. In 2009 she made aliyah to Israel and began her career in the Jewish Nonprofit sector where she has worked as a counselor for programs for young adults and in the marketing sector. She also has experience in fundraising, email marketing, website management and social media community development.

Etti Ante-Segev is the editor content and Senior Artistic Director. Previously served as personal manager of the best artists, produced and edited major music concerts, albums, movies and television programs. In recent years, the director of the Cultural Department of the Army Radio and Artistic Director of the Piano Festival in Tel - Aviv.
